Why my COUPON did not applied at the checkout?
If your coupon didn't apply at the checkout, please go ahead and place your order and email us with the coupon code you used at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will process the discount amount back to your account.
How long it takes to ship the order?
Our order processing time is 4 to 7 business days after that it gets shipped out and gets deliver within 2 to 5 days, depending on which shipping method you use. Also if you are ordering for Christmas, If you place the order before 13th December you order will be delivered before Christmas for sure.

Why I didn't receive the free shipping?
Free shipping applies when you purchase the lamps at regular price not at discounted price.
How to choose the color I want?
All the lamps has 7 builtin colors. So you get all the colors in just one lamp. There is a touch switch on top of the base to change the color you like.
What is my order status?

What should I expect to be included in the box?
It includes an acrylic plate, base and a USB cable, however wall adapter are not included but you can use any adapter or even a computer that has a USB port to turn it on.
Why my payment isn't going through?
If you are experiencing issues entering, you card information for payment. Double check that the billing address matches EXACTLY as it appears on your bank statement. The billing address and zip code must match to the address that your financial institution has on file.
Can I edit my order after it has been placed?
We will be able to change your order, if you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 to 48 hours of your order placement. If the order has been shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to make any changes. Also, we will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled.
