Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive your return we can offer you the exchange or refund to your original method of payment. All fidget spinners sale are final and cannot be returned.

If you like to exchange your product for a different style or size, you can get it exchanged within 30 days of product delivery, only if the product is unused and in the same condition that you received it. However customer will be responsible for all shipping cost for an exchange unless the product is defective. If the product is defective, you will need to provide pictures or a video to show it's defective and the product will be inspected when we get it back.


If you wish to return the item for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend purchasing insurance, signature and tracking information.

For refunds, we will apply FULL REFUND for the item, but shipping will not be refunded, and refund the remaining amount to your original method of payment. Refund for product received after more than 30 days of item delivery will not be processed.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days after we received the product back.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
